The YMCA of Greater Monmouth County proudly celebrates the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at our Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration. The breakfast will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel. For 34 years, this event has brought together community members of all ages, races, and backgrounds to celebrate Dr. King's legacy and recognize those among us that strive to put his words into action today.

Please join us as we grow support for social justice, and the important work of Dr. King and today’s civic leaders. Hear from respected leaders of our community, including a keynote address from Reverend Dale Caldwell, Professor and executive director of the Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Yoga offers your body and mind many paths to de-stress, to improve flexibility, to unwind. Deep breathing and slow stretching movements warm the muscles, while a standing pose may build balance and strength.

You are invited to choose your own path with movements from the advanced offerings, as well as some of the most popular Library-video class beginner series, also offered by Yogi Steven.

The following mobile services will be on the Lincroft campus the third Tuesday of every month from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Look for it in Parking Lot 3. Please enter and exit the campus via 765 Newman Springs Road.
The “HOPE One” mobile outreach vehicle has been developed for the purpose of bringing addiction and recovery support and educational services directly to the local communities in Monmouth County, through Certified Peer Recovery Specialists. The Monmouth County Sheriff ’s Office, in partnership with members of mental health professions, seek to provide access to recovery and support services free of cost to community members that may need direction and/or are seeking help in combatting addictions of any type.

Safe Sitter® is designed to prepare students in grades 6-8 to
be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings,
or babysitting. The class is filled with fun games, guided
discussion and role-playing exercises. Students will learn safety
skills, childcare skills and life and business skills. Attendance is
capped at 10 registrants. Lunch will be provided to attendees.
