Beginning with some statistics on prescription use in the U.S. today, other topics addressed include prescription safety and medication tips, education on how to reduce the cost of medications, and state programs that may be available to you. More Americans are subject to the spiraling costs of medicines today, causing major concerns. Attend this educational workshop and learn how to save money on your prescriptions so you don't ever pay more than you have to.

Presented by Pat Guadagno, a licensed independent insurance agent with Senior Services of North America.

Senior Services of North America works actively with the community to bring helpful information to assist the Senior Population with their Insurance concerns.

A discussion on a healthy holiday mindset with tips for prioritizing your wellness but also how you can indulge while enjoying a wonderful meal.

Rachel Tansey, MA Senior Family & Community Health Sciences Extension Associate under Rutgers Cooperative Extension in Monmouth Count: Ms. Tansey earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in Holistic Health from Georgian Court University. Rachel works with local partners to educate residents on various topics centered around nutrition, wellness, and healthy well-being. Her primary concentration areas are in community health education, wellness & self-care, nutritious eating, and healthy lifestyles with an emphasis on wellness in the workplace.

This session will be conducted on Zoom and is free of charge. Registration and internet access are required to attend. Register below to receive emailed information on how to access the conversation.
