Teitelbaum, MD, Chief of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition, for a program in recognition of Celiac Awareness Month. Dr. Teitelbaum will discuss what you need to know about Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance and Jennifer will lead you through a healthy cooking demonstration featuring a gluten-free baking recipe.
