Monmouth County Boys & Girls Club Welcomes you
to join NJBPU; to assist with your UTILITY NEEDS.
It is REQUIRED that you bring:
1: A Copy of your Lease or Mortgage
2: One month Proof of Household Income
3: Copy of Social Security Card & residency Status
4: ALL PAGES of your Electric, Natural Gas or Heating Bills
