Theraband Exercises (in-person)
Join us at the LiveWell Center for Theraband Exercises with the Monmouth University Graduate Therapy Doctoral Students. You’ll use resistance bands to work on strength building and stability! Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and ability; all levels of fitness and flexibility are welcome. All equipment provided. Movement waiver is required for all participants.
