Commissioner Director Tom Arnone delivered a common refrain as he gave Monmouth County’s inaugural “State of the County” address: “This is the best place to live in New Jersey.”
A leader of Monmouth County for more than a decade, Arnone has long been one of Monmouth County’s top advocates. And he rolled out all of the accolades he could laud on his county in his first formal address to the county’s nearly 620,000 residents…
Arnone also congratulated his fellow top county officials for their work in 2021… Commissioner Deputy Director Sue Kiley for her efforts leading Monmouth County ACTS, a collaboration of government and nonprofit organizations, to help those impacted by COVID-19 get resources they need.
