Kiley said she has been proud of the commissioners’ work through the pandemic, including the work done by Monmouth County ACTS (Assisting Community Through Services), which was established before the pandemic to unite local nonprofits to better serve the community. Monmouth County ACTS was used to help link residents with financial recovery, job placement, child care and mental health services through the pandemic.
