Freeholders provide COVID-19 updates, announce Financial Recovery Initiative

FREEHOLD, NJ – On behalf of the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders, Freeholder Director Thomas A. Arnone and Freeholder Deputy Director Susan M.
