Monmouth County ACTS

Monmouth ACTS represents a bold new initiative to enhance access to services for County residents.

Monmouth ACTS (Assisting Community Through Services) is an innovative public-private partnership – the first of its kind in New Jersey.

It brings together County employees from the Department of Human Services and community nonprofit leaders to better life in Monmouth County. Together, County government and their counterparts in the private sector are finding effective ways to meet today’s human service needs. They are improving Monmouth’s access to services in mental health, addiction, aging, housing, childcare, transportation and much more.
