Monmouth County ACTS

Monmouth ACTS represents a bold new initiative to enhance access to services for County residents while highlighting and listening to resident voice.

Monmouth ACTS (Assisting Community Through Services) is an innovative public-private partnership – the first of its kind in New Jersey – that brings together County employees from the Department of Human Services and community nonprofit leaders to better life in Monmouth County. Together, County government and their counterparts in the private sector are finding effective ways to meet today’s human service needs by listening to and including resident voices through feedback and a cohesive grassroots approach. They are improving Monmouth residents’ access to services in mental health, addiction, aging, housing, child care, transportation and much more.
